Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic Drainage massage therapy is a relaxing, hands-on treatment designed to enhance the body’s natural detoxification and immune system. The lymphatic system plays a crucial role in maintaining fluid drainage, hormonal balance, supporting immune function, and optimal toxin removal. MLD specifically targets the lymphatic vessels, helping to reduce swelling, improve circulation, reduce hormonal imbalances (PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, peri/menopause etc) and promote overall well being.
