  • During your Pregnancy Massage session, we aim to create a safe and comfortable environment for you in our Ilford clinic. You’ll typically be positioned on your side with cushions or pillows for support. This position ensures both comfort and safety for you and your baby while allowing us to access areas that require attention.

Each session can last approximately 60-90 minutes and is tailored to meet your individual needs within a full body massage. We take the time to discuss any areas of concern and adjust techniques to suit your comfort level. Can be booked as 60, 75 or 90 minutes.

We may include stretches and gentle movements for the spine to ease restrictions and help create space for baby as well as easing any discomfort around your ribs or diaphragm.
